The guided experiences below are best listened to outdoors in a quiet, natural spot with your device's main speaker or only one earbud.

The experiences have long stretches of quiet so you can do the suggestions in them. (This is not a mistake.)

Quiet Quarter-Hour has fewer suggestions than Quiet Half-Hour and Quiet Hour. Other than that, the half-hour and hour lengths of each version/theme are the same. There is just more time between steps in the hour lengths. If you're short on time, you can hear all the content by listening to the half-hour lengths.
